Reviewers frequently praise Dr.
Yash and Dr.
Sagar for being knowledgeable, humble, and compassionate.

Charges are often described as reasonable compared to other clinics.
Emergency availability is highlighted, including late-night and 24/7 support, with doctors answering calls and making home visits.

What People Disliked

My two month old cat got her first vaccination and within a few days she stopped eating...almost for a week...
I informed Dr Yash who said it's normal...
Anyways, then I personally met Dr Sagar, who, without even checking my kitten asked me to give her Aptifast(a med that creates appetite).
Somewhere, I knew this was no longer just about a loss in appetite.
Finally, I changed my doctor, went to a better place, got the necessary tests done and found that my cat's platelets were dropping...
She got diarrhoea, started vomiting, got high fever etc.

Pet Policy

The clinic is pet-friendly and accepts dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, birds, and other animals.
Reviewers say street animals are treated with equal care, and some mention nominal charges for strays.
No specific policy on waiting areas, leashing, or multiple pets is mentioned in the reviews, so confirm current protocols before visiting.

Expect a small, busy clinic with two veterinarians who take time to examine animals and explain treatment.
You may encounter waiting, especially during peak hours.
The clinic offers diagnostics like blood tests and X-rays, plus surgeries, vaccinations, grooming, and a pharmacy next door.
Doctors are often described as responsive in emergencies, including late-night calls.
However, experiences vary: while most reviewers are satisfied, a few report serious medical and hygiene concerns.
If you visit, ask for written details about medications, procedures, and costs, and verify hygiene practices.
For complex or critical cases, a second opinion may be wise.
