HOPE ANIMALS WELFARE FOUNDATION AND SHELTER

What People Liked

Pet owners and caregivers highly recommend the foundation for its compassionate, professional, and efficient medical response to both community animals and personal pets, including cats and puppies.

What People Disliked

• I brought an injured stray cat to this NGO today, thinking they might offer free treatment, as many NGOs do.
• The team was responsive and treated the cat with two antibiotic injections, which I truly appreciate.
• However, I was charged ₹300 for the visit, which caught me off guard.
• As a medical student, I have some understanding of the cost of basic injectable antibiotics, and I felt the price was on the higher side for what was administered.
• I’m not questioning their intentions — I understand NGOs need to sustain their operations, and nothing runs for free.
• Still, as a student with no income and someone who acted purely out of compassion, it was a bit disheartening.
