Shake Hands My Pet Store Thane

• They also highlight the prompt delivery service and reliable staff.

What People Disliked

• Horrible experience and horrible manager and worst staff.
• Inspite of being an old customer and buying nearly 10,000 Rs worth of cat food every month , just for one small exchange they denied flatly and told me to go elsewhere.
• Such a rude behaviour to an existing customer.
• The tone of the manager was so arrogant.
• Also replying to the company message - food packets was kept with the store manager for nearly 10 days and I went there to exchange only after conforming with him.
• This is completely the fault of shake hands staff.
