What People Disliked

I am not sure what is wrong with the spa.
It was never the service that i expected.
I have being visiting since a long time for my babies.
The recent visit in May 2026 for a complete grooming of my pets( cat and a dog) was disaster.
The new staff seemed to be untrained handling my babies with lack of responsibility and care.
While my session was booked, the owner who has being doing it the best arrived at the last moment while everything was done.
