Paws N Claws

What People Liked

• Pet supply store offering a wide variety of pet food and accessories.

What People Disliked

• I had a very disappointing experience with Paws and Claws.
• Their communication was poor and I was repeatedly kept “in the loop” with promises of service that never actually happened.
• I had inquired about adopting a kitten, but they kept delaying, giving vague answers, and never provided proper responses or clear information.
• Instead of genuinely helping, they kept saying they “have good options available” without sharing real details or following through.
• Based on my experience, it felt like they were more interested in diverting customers from other pet shops than actually providing any service.
• Overall, I felt misled and my time was wasted.
