What People Disliked

Some reviews mention the service can be unprofessional.
👎😮‍💨I don’t have any problem with the pet shop itself.
My issue is with one lady there, whether she is an employee or the owner, I don’t know.
Her attitude and behavior towards customers are very rude.
If she is an employee, then I would request the owner not to keep staff who don’t know how to speak respectfully to customers.
Good customer service and polite behavior are very important, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
