What People Disliked

• Extremely disappointing experience at Just Dogs Kalyani Nagar.
• The staff seemed uninterested in helping and communication was very poor throughout.
• I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and even then nobody seemed to have clear answers.
• The grooming service was below expectations, and my pet came back looking rushed rather than properly cared for.
• What bothered me most was the lack of accountability when concerns were raised.
• Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff appeared dismissive.
