What People Disliked

• I moved to India about a year ago and initially had a very positive experience at this grooming place.
• Our dog was always well cared for, and our earlier experiences here were positive, and we had no major concerns prior to the recent change in staff.
• Shona used to do an excellent job.
• I understand that she cannot personally attend to every dog.
• However, after a new staff member was hired, our dog developed a severe tick infestation within weeks, despite previously being on tick prevention.
• We were removing multiple ticks daily, and shortly after, our dog required an urgent veterinary visit for parasite-related treatment, including deworming.
