• Clean provider of boarding and day-care services for cats and dogs.

What People Disliked

• I kept my cat at Achal Pet Boarding for 12 days.
• This was my first time using a pet boarding service, and after reading the positive reviews, I felt relieved and trusted them with my cat.
• Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
• Throughout the stay, I had to repeatedly request updates, video calls, or even basic information about my cat.
• Despite constant follow-ups, I was given excuses that there were many pets to manage and therefore regular updates were not possible.
• As a pet parent, this lack of communication caused a lot of stress and concern.
