The Pets Downtown LLP
What People Liked
- Dog and cat specialist offering boarding, day care and training sessions for pets.
What People Disliked
- Upon collecting my cat after a ten-day boarding period, I was appalled by his utterly unacceptable condition.
- He displayed multiple scratches on his face, and I am deeply concerned about additional, possibly hidden, injuries beneath his fur.
- I have also attached a photograph of my injured cat, which clearly shows more injuries under his eyes, beside his nose, and beneath his fur.
- While I received consistent updates from the caretaker, the accompanying videos were always shot from a distance, conveniently concealing any facial marks.
- This deliberate obfuscation is infuriating.
- I am fully aware that my cat needs time to adjust and can be energetic.
