What People Disliked

I called Dr few days back at Porvorim and he offered to come over for a stuck bone in my pups throat.
He did not run or examine my pet and asked me to take him to some clinic as he seemed incompetent.
Without even touching him he demanded fee of 2000 which was waste of money and fraud.
This is actually cheating and looting clients.
I paid him but this is just to warn others to check before using his services and do check for his charges before meeting because he won't quote and then demand as he wants Crook and not a vet
