What People Disliked

Some reviews mention the after-sales service can be poor.
Although they have a wide variety of pets and pet products, sadly the sales person in the shop doesn't have the proper knowledge of the same on how to guide customers..
Also the products and fish rates are on the higher side compared to our local aquarium shops ☹️..
Needs improvement..
Local pet shops are way better at negotiating the rates too as a regular customer.
