What People Disliked

Had a very upsetting experience at IDA India in Deonar.
The pets looked sad and uncared for, and the hygiene standards were very poor.
The place wasn’t clean at all.
The staff came across as rude and indifferent it felt like they were just doing a job, not actually caring for the animals.
Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking to see this kind of environment for helpless animals.
