However, there are significant concerns regarding hygiene, inconsistent emergency availability despite 24/7 claims, unprofessional conduct by some doctors, and a poorly maintained entrance that can leave pets dirty after grooming.

• Vetic Chembur has been excellent when it comes to pet care.
• The grooming and salon services are consistently good, the staff genuinely seem to care about the animals, and I appreciate the transparency in their operations.
• These are the reasons I continue to bring my dog here.
• However, one recurring issue significantly impacts the overall experience: the entrance/exit pathway to the facility.
• The area is almost always wet, dirty, and poorly maintained.
• After spending time and money on a bath or grooming session, it's frustrating to have your dog walk through a muddy/wet pathway and get dirty again before even reaching the car.
