What People Disliked

Went to pool pupper recently with my dog who was going into the pool for the first time.
So but naturally he was a little anxious.
After the first swim the pool guy refused to take my dog in the pool saying that he’s getting scratches from holding him.
This would have been the case had he simply put a life jacket on him and held him by the handle instead of picking my dog up in his arms.
Even after suggesting him to put a life jacket on him, he straight up refused.
Further pool pupper doesn’t even allow pet parents to go in the pool or put their pets in the pool themselves.

Pet Policy

The place is also marked as good for children, suggesting a more relaxed visit pattern for families with pets.

What to Expect

When visiting, you can expect a facility that offers both swimming and agility play options.
While some guests have had wonderful experiences with the revamped pool and friendly staff, others have encountered cleanliness issues and unhelpful service.
If your pet is anxious or new to swimming, you may wish to verify the staff's training and their willingness to accommodate life jackets.
It is advisable to check the current state of maintenance and hygiene before your scheduled visit to ensure it meets your expectations.
