Even 1 star feels too much.
The behaviour of the doctor and the staff was extremely poor and unprofessional.
I honestly felt that no one was genuinely concerned about my pet’s condition.
Instead of properly examining and caring for the pet, it felt like the main focus was on increasing the bill.
The doctor didn’t even touched my pet.
