What People Disliked

• I visited this hospital on 21/02/2026 because my cat had stopped eating, was lethargic, and less responsive since Friday.
• I was told she had a viral infection that could be cured with prescribed medicines, but she was not properly examined—the doctor did not even physically check her.
• I clearly asked twice whether she would survive, especially since she was not eating, and I was reassured that she would recover.
• I followed all instructions strictly, including giving medicines and ORS six times daily, yet her condition deteriorated.
• Upon consulting my private veterinarian, I was informed that she was suffering from panleukopenia and urgently required immediate saline and fluid therapy.
• Treatment began on Sunday and she received fluids twice, but it was already too late, and I lost her on Monday.
