What People Disliked

• They send Male Collection Agents at Residences of Customers at odd hours when only Female Members are at home, for collecting Payment, multiple times.
• This muscle-flexing as their collection modus operandi is very unfortunate and may be dangerous.
• Many Pet Parents will understand this, as may be the HUFT Authorities as well : My Dobermann Boy, Arjun, only 2.5years, passed recently and we were in much grief and both my Father and myself had developed high BP and was clinically going through "Grief Reaction", as we were so attached to him.
• We were unavailable on call as we can not, during Professional Hours at High Court, receive calls nor message.
• When they do know that only my Wife would be at home alone in the afternoon, they send 2 people for "collection" in the afternoon, when it is Court Hours and nobody stays at home, due to our Court Hours.
• My Wife got intimidated and also today in the evening, when they know we will be there at our New Town Home, they send their 2 men for "collection".
