What People Disliked

• We have been sending more than a year our cat cara at kross paw but when this time when we send her for grooming on 6th September it was brought to our notice by owner shalmee that our pet cara while grooming her groomer has cut her ears , blood oozed out and our pet cara was in tremendous pain , she misguided us and took a lot of time to send vet doctor for consultation before surgery as our vet doctor when visited he said that if surgery was to be done it should have happened within 2 to 3 days and this clearly indicates misguidance and negligence on part of shalmee owner of kross paw.She promised us many things that she will take care of all parts including cara present as well as future care but soon refused to do so which indicates how un professional she is , many times I called her but no response fact that she doesn't not want to accept fault that she has made my pet cara look damage and ultimately cara is lifeline of my daughter and as a result my daughter is in shock , finally we asked her to sort out the matter by sorting the problem created by his groomer but she refused to do so
