What People Disliked

Pretty bad experience.
While the groomer listened to my instructions, he was simply not skilled enough.
On inspection after coming back home, found 2-3 small wounds clearly caused by the grooming.
My dog was acting quite wary even during the grooming session which I thought was weird since he normally remains calm quite easily.
But on discovering the wounds, it became clear why.
