CUPA Admin Office
What People Liked
Reviewers repeatedly commend CUPA for its low‑cost, efficient and hygienic cat spay/neuter and vaccination services. Staff members such as Arpita/Arpitha are praised for being helpful, patient and supportive, and many owners note quick recoveries and good post‑operative support. The availability of trap‑neuter‑return (TNR) traps for rent and clear pre‑ and post‑care instructions are also highlighted as valuable.
What People Disliked
A few reviewers were surprised by ear‑tipping (a small cut of the cat’s ear) performed after sterilisation to mark stray animals, and suggest asking staff not to do it if unwanted.
