Ginger's Pet Stay: Dog Boarding, Dog Kennel & Dog DayCare

What People Liked

• Comfortable dog boarding and day care facility offering air-conditioned kennels, a swimming pool, and regular video updates.

What People Disliked

• Very disappointing experience.
• I have been leaving my pet with them for around 5 years, but my recent experience was extremely upsetting.
• I had boarded my pet for 4 days, and on the day of pickup, I informed them that I might be slightly late due to travel.
• However, I was told very bluntly to come by 6:30 PM at the latest, or not to come at all.
• I was even asked to pick up my pet another day.
• This was unreasonable.
