• Unprofessional practices and tragic loss of our healthy pet I am writing this review with an extremely heavy heart.
• We brought our healthy, sweet Husky to this clinic after she had only missed a single day of food and appeared slightly weak.
• Within just a few hours of treatment and bringing her home, she tragically passed away 💔 Instead of taking a careful, measured diagnostic approach, the staff immediately subjected her to an aggressive barrage of procedures every possible medication dose, blood tests, X-rays, and extensive testing which felt far more driven by billing than actual clinical necessity.
• Despite running these tests, neither the treating veterinarian nor the staff could identify what was wrong, yet they continued to suggest other tests for the best day and administer intense treatments without a clear diagnosis.
• The lack of critical medical knowledge, proper emergency protocols, and basic duty of care resulted in the sudden death of our precious pet in a matter of hours.
• We deeply regret trusting this facility.
