What People Disliked
- I’m writing this review almost a year after my experience at Roscoe (Ruston’s) boarding centre in June 2025, hoping time would bring clarity, but unfortunately, it hasn’t.
- I left my Shih Tzu, Pablo, there trusting he’d be well cared for.
- While the visible boarding areas seemed fine, we were not allowed to see where the dogs actually stay, sleep, or eat, since other dogs might get distracted.
- During the 7-day boarding, updates were inconsistent and only came at their convenience, despite repeated follow-ups.
- At one point, I didn’t receive any update for over a day, which was concerning.
- When I picked Pablo up, one of his eyes was completely shut and he was in pain.
