What People Liked
Pet owners praise the rapid, professional vaccination and sterilisation drives, the compassionate care for injured community dogs, and the supportive adoption process for rescued puppies and kittens.
What People Disliked
- As someone who genuinely loves animals and has cared for stray dogs in my area, I reached out to Mylos after a stray/community dog that has repeatedly shown aggression towards other dogs bit my dog for the second time.
- BBMP directed me to NGO, but I was disappointed by how my concern was handled.
- The response I received was dismissive, rude, and lacked empathy, despite my call being about my injured pet.
- I understand there are legal limitations around relocating or removing community dogs, but I was simply trying to understand what the appropriate solution is.
- This dog has attacked multiple dogs in the area, and that cannot be ignored.
- I don't believe the dog is inherently bad, but the aggressive behavior needs to be addressed before another animal gets hurt.
Pet Policy
- Provides doorstep vaccination (9‑in‑1, anti‑rabies) and sterilisation for community and pet dogs.

- Phone inquiries are triaged – may not receive immediate response during drives.
- Volunteers and shelter visits are welcomed.
