What People Disliked

• Others mention the store is well-stocked, clean, and has ample parking.
• We used to really like this store and have been regular customers, but unfortunately our last couple of experiences have been disappointing.
• During our pet’s Moggu yesterday grooming appointment (head trim and bath), we later discovered that she had ticks and fleas.
• This was never communicated to us during pickup.
• We only noticed it after reaching home, and when we called the store to clarify, the staff confirmed that they were aware of it.
• This is important information that should always be proactively shared with pet owners so they can begin treatment immediately and prevent the infestation from spreading.
