What People Disliked

Some reviews mention the items can be overpriced.
We had a very unfortunate experience here.
A hamster that was sold to us was only about 25 days old, yet it was confidently described as “completely fine” and suitable as a pet.
When we asked questions and raised concerns, we were told we were overthinking it.
We also purchased the cage based on their guidance.
The very next day, the hamster was not active at all—he was not playing and was sleeping continuously.
