Woof Magic Spa
What People Liked
Pet owners overwhelmingly commend the skilled, patient groomers (especially Ayet and Bhavya) and the gentle, thorough care given to pets, including anxious or aggressive animals. The transparent window, premium products and clean environment are repeatedly highlighted as positives.
What People Disliked
- My experience with this place was disappointing.
- The pricing is significantly higher than many competitors in the area, yet the overall service and customer experience do not justify the premium cost.
- As a pet owner, I expect both professionalism and genuine care for my pet.
- Unfortunately, I did not feel that level of care was consistently demonstrated.
- The front desk lady, who I understand is also the owner, came across as quite rude and dismissive.
- What was even more concerning was reading responses to other customer reviews.
Pet Policy
- Appointments are required for all grooming and spa sessions.
- Premium grooming products are used for baths and treatments.
- Observation of the grooming process may be limited; owners are sometimes asked to wait outside.
- Pets must be brought in for scheduled grooming; walk‑ins are not guaranteed.
- Staff may ask owners to leave the premises while the pet is being serviced.
What to Expect
- Professional grooming: haircuts, baths, nail trimming, ear cleaning.
- Spa treatments: de‑shedding, conditioning, hair spa, blow‑dry.
- Transparent window allowing owners to view the grooming process.
- Hygienic, well‑organised facility with premium products.
- Patient, gentle handling of anxious, aggressive, or senior pets.
- Appointment‑based service to avoid crowding.
- High‑quality results with attention to detail.
