The majority of reviewers (9 of 10) praise the gentle, patient groomers, a clean and fresh‑smelling facility, convenient pickup‑and‑drop service, and breed‑specific styling such as teddy cuts for Shih Tzus and trims for Maltese. Staff are described as treating pets like family, and the salon is noted as suitable for any kind of pet.

What People Disliked

• This grooming service is highly unprofessional and unsafe.
• After grooming here, my Husky developed a severe skin infection with excessive hair fall, relentless itching, heavy dandruff, rough damaged skin, and multiple lumps across the body.
• Despite charging an unreasonably high amount, the grooming quality was extremely poor with no proper haircut.
• The most serious and unacceptable issue is that the infection was caused due to the use of an infected/unclean blade, indicating complete negligence of hygiene and basic safety protocols.
• This is not a minor mistake—it is a serious health hazard.
• What makes the situation worse is that the groomer recklessly suggested a syrup without any veterinary consultation, which is not legally or ethically acceptable.
