What People Disliked

I had taken my cat for grooming for first time and I had already experienced grooming with another service provider.
I felt place wasn't clean and hygienic.
The staff is not friendly with pets and just trying to do just finish the task.
And the biggest problem is you cannot enter and see and comfort your pet.
And waiting you are unsure of what's happening inside when the door is locked.
I don't believe they are gentle on our pets.

Pet Policy

Owners are not allowed inside the grooming area; doors remain locked during the session.
Pets are left unattended while grooming is performed.
Nail clipping is offered; some clients reported rough handling that led to injury.
