Dog owners highlight the salon’s quick, affordable grooming with gentle handling, spotless facilities and friendly staff. Several reviewers name groomers (e.g., Muttu, Sujith) and note that pets felt at ease during baths, trims and nail care.

What People Disliked

I had a very disappointing experience with this groomer.
They refused to groom my cat solely because he is not a specific breed, which felt unfair and unprofessional.
Grooming should be based on the animal’s condition, temperament, and care needs — not breed status.
Turning away a pet for such a superficial reason was frustrating and left a very poor impression.
I would not recommend this place if you expect fair and compassionate service.

Pet Policy

One reviewer reports a cat was declined service due to breed restriction; cat owners should confirm policy beforehand.
Prices are described as reasonable and affordable.
Facilities are noted as clean, hygienic and well‑maintained.
