What People Disliked

Called them to check about the service and had a very rude conversation with a guy, asked him about charges for cat grooming for an indie cat and his quote was almost equivalent to full grooming of Persian cats and when I negotiated with him he asked me to go to centre that offer services at less price .
Don’t think they are professional, I doubt their service and the positive reviews may be fake.
