What People Disliked

• Recently i have been in Therpup Resort, Sarjapur.
• I have booked for through Booking.com.
• Even though the booking was already showing as confirmed on the platform, the resort insisted that I transfer 50% of the amount in advance to “confirm” it.
• Upon arrival, they collected the remaining full amount before even allowing us into the room — so essentially, you end up paying 100% upfront without even seeing what you’re getting.
• While the ambience of the place looks decent at first, the basic room readiness and maintenance were extremely poor.
• Several essential things were either broken or missing: • Jet spray was broken • Window net was falling off • No garbage bags were provided • Good Knight refill was empty What’s disappointing is that despite taking advance payment, none of these basics were checked beforehand.
