Missing how it used to be 🥲 I’ve been an regular customer of the older outlet they had, and was eagerly waiting for them to reopen, but alas was quite disappointed.
Firstly we were informed of cover charges, which weren’t there previously, and cover charges for my partner as well, who hadn’t come to play with the cats.
We agreed to this reluctantly and paid 600 rupees, but to our surprise we were told that we cannot enter the cat room before eating?
This too we agreed and placed an order.
But what really put me off was I saw people who came in 15 to 20 min later than me and they were allowed in after paying the cover charge immediately which was really shocking.
