What People Disliked

Carlton is an extremely unprofessional and rude person to deal with.
I had informed Carlton about timings on boarding my dog but unfortunately due to some reason we got a few hours late.
We were not even informed about the dog handler not being available throughout working hours and on top of that Carlton spoke so rudely bcz we were late.
Glad we didn't go ahead with the admission as such people with attitude issues cannot be trusted with pets.
