Pet Policy

• Free medical treatment for stray and un‑owned animals; personal pets also treated, though space may be limited
• Ambulance/rescue service is offered but may not cover all areas and is limited to certain hours
• Admission can be refused if cages are full or space is unavailable
• Owners are often required to bring animals to the centre; transport is not guaranteed
• No guaranteed follow‑up updates for admitted animals
• Service may be unavailable after evening hours (e.g., after 6 pm/10 pm)

What to Expect

• Free veterinary care for stray dogs, cats, birds and other animals
• Ambulance and on‑site emergency response (subject to area coverage)

• Rehabilitation and care for birds, reptiles and small mammals
